3-star family hotel with warm cookies and free shuttle to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland
Amenities
The hotel has a spacious outdoor heated pool open all year, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A 24-hour fitness center with personal viewing screens is available, along with a second fitness room on the second floor with yoga mats. Guests receive two warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in, a signature welcome that sets the tone for the stay.
Rooms
Rooms are spread across two buildings connected by an outdoor patio and pool area. Each room includes a mini-fridge, coffee maker, safe, and a private bathroom with a blow dryer. Families can choose from king rooms or queen rooms with two queen beds, and some rooms have a patio overlooking the courtyard.
Dining
The on-site Ventanas restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a children's menu available. A coffee house on site offers Starbucks beverages, and the bar serves wine and champagne. Room service is available throughout the day, with a $2 delivery fee and an automatic 18% service charge.
Transportation
The hotel sits off the 91 freeway, within a 5-mile radius of Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, and the Anaheim Convention Center. A complimentary shuttle runs every two hours to these attractions, with a text-based system for flexible pickup times. Free parking is available on site, and guests can walk to nearby restaurants, a Target store, and a Dollar Tree.
Family and Children
The hotel is designed for families, with a children's menu at Ventanas and a family-centric pool area behind a locked fence. The complimentary shuttle to amusement parks saves families transportation costs, and the front desk can arrange early check-in when rooms are ready. A minimarket on site sells snacks and essentials, and there is a shared lounge and TV area for group gatherings.

“The welcoming gesture of warm cookies upon arrival is a thoughtful touch, immediately setting a hospitable tone. This establishment distinguishes itself with consistently clean rooms and a commendable service ethic, particularly noted at the front desk. While parking can be a challenge, the proximity to dining and attractions, coupled with comfortable accommodations, makes it a practical choice.”
